Fitness for Children

First,we must eatinga balance diet.We should make healthily choices, eat more vegetables and eat less food like cakes and chocolates.Before buying any food,check the label of products for nutritional facts.

Second, do some exercising as warm- ups and regular exercise.If we do some exercising, we can help to improve self-esteem and feeling of well being,so we must do some exercising.

Third,we must talk to someone about your problems and lead a positive lifestyle. We also must spend time wisely to exercise, play, rest and study. We need to make a time table to spend time with study in the morning, play in the evening and rest in night.We must to follow this step.
